Adventure Cycle

Cycle 6 - Jan 9th to Feb 3rd 2023

This unique 4 week Cycle will be heavily based around adventure activities and being in the great outdoors, with the fourth week culminating in a 3 Night camping expedition somewhere in the mountains of Costa Rica.

Subjects for the Cycle will include, first aid & emergency management, bushcraft, campcraft, animal identification, building fires & shelters, cooking with fires, team building and a Great Race Style competition.
