Jungle Camp Jan 2024

Whether through original theatre shows or real adventure camps, Jungle Academy has gone out of its way to make memories for our students that will definitely last a lifetime, and 2024 will be no exception!

We will start off the year with our Summit to Sea Trek spanning four days and three nights of camping in spectacular and enchanted campsites. Prior to that, students will take classes and workshops to ensure they are prepared and ready for a safe and fun trek.

Like the name suggests, we will be walking from the mountains to the beach. Students will be self sufficient, trekking distances during the day, erecting campsites and engaging in many activities and skill tests along the way.

  • The trek takes place within approximately 15-20 minutes drive to Ojochal or Cortes.

  • Jungle Academy will provide tents and camping structures.

  • Children will be required to use primitive, but carefully planned, toilets facilities for the duration of the trek. Yes! That means pooping in a hole!

  • Students will have the opportunity to play in waterfalls and cross rivers, so should have appropriate clothing.
